My name is Hannah Hill, and I am an artist currently based in the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia. My current pieces draw from themes of nostalgia, disposability, decay, and the thought of what happens once doors in our lives have closed. These ideas are fueled by my experience as someone who grew up overseas, away from her passport country; and my consequential views on physical connection to place and self, and on our relationship with possessions.
